The Mitchell Group, Inc. (TMG) offers a wide range of services
through its contract with USAID/AFR-SD. All of the forms
below allow the requestor to electronically request any service.
Alternatively, you can fill out a hard copy available at the receptionist desk.

The
first set of forms below pertains to conference services.
Please note that the three
G Street rooms are only available for meetings, workshops or
training sessions hosted by individuals or groups from USAID/AFR-SD
and USDA/FAS/ICD/DRD. The
kitchen area should not be used for meetings.
Requests for regularly scheduled meetings throughout the
year (ANRE, Education, etc.), can be filed once with changes made via e-mail to
gware@afr-sd.org.
All other completed requests should be forwarded to
the e-mail addresses as noted.
Reminder:
Requests for alcoholic beverages for special events at G
Street must be
submitted in writing to the Conference Services Coordinator 10
working days in advance to allow for USDA authorization.
Please share this information with caterers, since there
will be absolutely no exceptions.
